Parquet fastness
Parquet fastness depends on intensity of use, kind of used wood and skill of person,
who has laid the parquet. We recommend proven teams, which co-operate with us for
long years. It has been assumed that periods between parquet renovation last ca. 30 years.
With such assumption parquet can survive for 100 years. As you can see, parquet is a
many-generation investment. And if we utilise old methods of floor lying (boards fastened
with nails to wooden sills), such floor will survive for a few hundred years (if properly kept).
